The Tres Rios region has a long tradition of producing high quality coffee. SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) indicates coffee grown above 3900 ft. You will find this coffee to be a "bright" coffee, high in acidity, medium to heavy in body, a sharp distinctive finish, wonderfully aromatic and rich in its own unique flavor.

Ethiopia, the origin of all coffees of the world, formely known as Abyssinia. Harrar is located in east central Ethiopia 225 miles east of Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia. Harrar is an ancient walled city and Islam's fourth most holy center (after Mecca, Medina, and Jerusalem). Longberry indicates the finest sorted Ethiopian coffee. It displays a sharp winy acidity as its dominant characteristic, followed by a rich aroma and thick, almost tangy flavor. |
